- Delivery to New Zealand addresses typically takes 7–21 business days. Rural deliveries may take slightly longer.
- Free NZ-wide urban and rural shipping
- Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct — CoreKind is not responsible for delays due to incorrect details.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Once tracking confirms delivery, CoreKind is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local courier for assistance.
- Seasonal Delays (Chinese New Year): Please note that during the Chinese New Year holiday period (late January to mid-February), order processing and shipping times may be longer than usual due to supplier and courier closures. We recommend placing orders early to avoid delays during this season.
- Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or supplier disruptions.
Refund & Returns Policy
