Order & Shipping Questions
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Delivery takes 7–21 business days depending on your location. Rural addresses may take slightly longer.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.
My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the timeframe, please email us at hello.corekind@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll investigate and support you every step of the way.
Do shipping times change during holidays?
Yes. During the Chinese New Year holiday period (late January to mid-February), order processing and shipping times may be longer than usual due to supplier and courier closures. We recommend placing orders early to avoid delays during this season.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item?
We accept returns for items that are faulty, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
How do I request a refund or replacement?
Email hello.corekind@gmail.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos. We’ll guide you through the process and resolve it quickly.

My item arrived damaged or faulty — what now?
We’re sorry! Please send us photos and details of the issue to hello.corekind@gmail.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
I received the wrong item — can you fix it?
Absolutely. Contact us and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

We currently ship within New Zealand only.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders are processed automatically and cannot be cancelled once placed. In rare cases where an error prevents processing, we’ll notify you and issue a refund — but this is not guaranteed.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not at this time, but we’re exploring options to enhance your gifting experience.
Are rural deliveries charged extra?
No — CoreKind offers free NZ-wide shipping, including rural.
