When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

  • New Zealand: 7–12 business days

  • Australia: 8–15 business days
    Rural or remote areas may take slightly longer.


What are your shipping rates?

  • New Zealand: Flat rate $6.95 NZD
    Free shipping on orders over $89 NZD

  • Australia: Flat rate $12.95 AUD
    Free shipping on orders over $129 AUD


Can I track my order?

Yes. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.


My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?

If your order is outside the estimated delivery window, please contact us through our page here:

Include your order number so we can investigate quickly.


Do delivery times change during holidays?

Yes. During major seasonal events such as Chinese New Year, courier closures and supplier holidays may cause longer processing or delivery times. We recommend ordering early during January–February to avoid delays.


Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?

Returns are accepted for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items only.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there’s an issue.


How do I request a refund or replacement?

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or video evidence

We currently ship to New Zealand and Australia.


Can I cancel my order?

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not at this time, but we’re exploring future options.


Are rural deliveries charged extra?

No. The same shipping rates apply to both urban and rural addresses.
