Eligibility for Returns
A return may be approved if:

Hygiene-related or personal care items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Refunds
Refunds are issued only when a repair or replacement is not possible.
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
