We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of approval.
  • Hygiene-related or personal care items are non-returnable unless faulty.
  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Please double-check your order before submitting.

Return Process

  1. Email hello.corekind@gmail.com with your order number, issue description, and photos.
  2. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
  3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
  4. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
