We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of approval.
- Hygiene-related or personal care items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Return Process

- If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
